The Clinic
Early Intervention
The Zilzie clinic, is an early intervention paediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic located in the Sea Spray Lifestyle Centre equipped with four world class sensory gyms, pools and parklands. The clinic provides sensory integrated therapy, fine motor, gross motor, coordination, social skills and emotional regulation interventions. In the clinic you'll find our occupational therapists, allied heath assistants, brilliant practice manager and occasionally an occupational therapy student.

The Cubby House
Our Skill Building Cottage
The Cubby House, located in Archer St central Emu Park is a peaceful, fully equipped, skill building cottage catering to all ages. At the cottage our therapists, AHAs and support staff run a variety of skill building sessions such as cooking, gardening and social skill building. We also have an in-house councilor that operates between the Zilzie clinic and the cottage.

The LOFT
Support Coordination & Disability Support Services
The Loft, is our community hub, where we offer Support Coordination and Disability Support services. We also offer social skill building and feeding therapy from this space. Our loft is a completely new space sprawling 140sqm. Stacked full of resources including a pool table, surfboards, client computers, TV hangout area, group work area, private staff room and a multitude of board games. The Loft is fully airconditioned with sea views right in the heart of Emu Park. While this space on occasions is used by the CCOTS clinicians, The Loft is predominantly for our Support Coordinators and Support Services team (CCDS).
